Ticket Questions
Can I buy Saadian Tombs tickets online in advance?
No official online ticketing exists for the Saadian Tombs. Tickets are sold only at the on-site booth in cash. Third-party tour sites sometimes bundle entry with a guided tour, which does allow advance payment.
Do I need cash, and in what currency?
Yes — bring Moroccan dirhams (MAD) in small bills. The booth does not reliably accept euros, dollars, or card payments, and there's no ATM directly at the entrance.
Are there discounts for children, residents, or Moroccans?
Yes. Foreign children aged 7–13 pay 50 MAD against the 100 MAD adult rate. Moroccan nationals and residents pay a separate, lower rate — 30 MAD for adults and 10 MAD for children 7–13 — and Moroccans enter free every Friday and on the first days of national and religious holidays.
